You will ensure programmes are aligned to NAE’s educational, organisational and commercial priorities; evidence informed, reflective, experiential, practical and developmental. Steward NAU and integrated platforms to enable personalised, data driven leadership pathways and communities of practice. You will also deliver capital backed platform capabilities, integrations and automation that scale quality, reduce unit cost, and provide durable infrastructure for leadership learning.
