In this role, the successful Maintenance Manager or similar will be responsible for both the reactive and preventative maintenance of textile production machinery. This is a night shift-work role, operating on a two-week rota, with week one being a 4 on/3off split, and week two being a 3 on/4 off split. In addition, you will also be responsible for the service and repair of production machinery. On top of this, you will also be responsible for the trouble shooting and diagnostics of said machinery. Finally, you will be responsible for keeping accurate technical documentation of any projects worked.

The ideal Service Engineer or similar will come from a background within the production/manufacturing/textiles/machinery industry or a related field. In addition, you will also have had previous working experience within a Multiskilled/Maintenance/Service Engineer role or similar, having a 50/50 mechanical, electrical split. On top of this, you will have both a customer focus as well as a commercial awareness. Finally, you will have strong organisational and communicational skills as well as being happy to work rotating night shifts.
