Your New Role…
As part of the Core Technology team , you will play a key role in the support, maintenance, and evolution of broadcast infrastructure used by TNT Sports and Eurosport across multiple European markets. This is a hands-on technical role combining advanced broadcast support with engineering activities in a live production environment.
Please note: this is a shift role, mailny onsite in Chiswick and Stockley Park
Your Role Accountabilities…
Broadcast Support
Provide advanced (Level 2/3) technical support for two technology hubs and their associated markets
Take ownership of complex technical issues not resolved by Level 1 support
Implement effective workarounds to ensure service continuity during incidents
Own incidents end-to-end once resolved, including:
Conduct regular ticket reviews with suppliers
Participate in regular meetings with local markets to review ongoing technical issues
Create, verify, and maintain maintenance procedures in collaboration with Level 1 support and engineering teams

Onsite Working - This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement, where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
