We are seeking an experienced Web Application Diagnostics Engineer to join the Endpoint Security team, supporting a Secure Browser/Browser Isolation solution within a complex enterprise environment.
This role will focus on provisioning, troubleshooting, and optimising secure browsing technology. You will play a key role in diagnosing web application breakage, analysing network traffic flows, and working cross-functionally with network and security teams to resolve compatibility and performance issues.

Strong understanding of how modern web applications function:
Proven ability to diagnose site compatibility and breakage issues in constrained environments (eg, Proxy, isolation, secure browsing platforms)
Browser & Protocol Troubleshooting
Confident using browser developer tools

Ability to trace traffic across multiple network layers and identify failure points
