I’m working with a Tridium & Trend biased BMS company who seek a BMS Engineer to cover 2 key sites, one in Sutton & the other in Chelsea. The directors are keen to speak to BMS Engineers who are proficient with BMS service & small work duties on Trend systems.
The BMS Engineer will be certified & experienced with Trend BMS products (IQvision, 963, IQ3, IQ4, IQ5, SET for example), the 2 sites you’d be expected to cover have a mix of these systems. Duties would include routine BMS service, BMS breakdowns, BMS fault finding & BMS small works. The BMS Engineers time would be split between Sutton (3 days) & Chelsea (2 days).
It’s key for the BMS Engineer to be comfortable with client liaison, quoting new BMS small work projects (upgrades, retrofits, installs) & coordinating with sub contractors.
