About the role;
As a Level 2 Service Desk Consultant you will take ownership of diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical incidents escalated from the 1st Line team. This includes investigating complex issues across on-premise infrastructure such as networking and servers, as well as cloud environments. You will ensure timely resolution, maintain accurate documentation, and deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to agreed SLAs.

Our client s warehouse is in Rickmansworth, and this is the main base of operations. Ideally, the Junior Network Technician would need to drive, as to begin with, they will be spending a reasonable amount of time based there, which is a 5 - 10-minute drive from the nearest train station.
After an initial settling-in period, the Junior Network Technician would be spending time both in the warehouse and on specific jobs, the location of which will be all over London, mainly within the M25.
