Your Role:
As aFire Suppression Engineer,youllbe the trusted expert ensuring our systems perform flawlessly.
Installing, servicing, and commissioning FM200, Novec 1230, and inert gas fire suppression systems
Performing cylinder installations, pressure checks, and system upgrades
Conducting room integrity tests and ensuring compliance with relevant standards
Working in data rooms, comms rooms, and other mission-critical environments
Understanding fire detection interfaces, control panels, and system integration.Youllwork on a variety of advanced technologies, including FM200,Novec1230, CO2, Inert Gas,Watermist, Aerosol (FirePro), and Kitchen Suppression Systems (Kitchenguard,Amerex, Ansul).
WhatYoullDo:
Service,maintain, and commission fire suppression systems to British Standards
Diagnose and resolve faults using strong electrical principles
Produce detailed technical reports and service certificates
Deliver outstanding customer service and represent IPH professionally
Respond to callouts and occasional weekend work with overtime pay

Mechanical/Electrical background
Full UK DrivingLicence

Jark Stevenage are urgently recruiting for a Electrician/Warden call engineer with Immediate start!
We are looking for a responsible, self-motivated and hardworking Electrician/Warden Call Engineer to join this dynamic, growing Stevenage organisation.
Work will involve the installation, maintenance and servicing of their client warden call systems, door entry, smoke detection and access control systems.
Headquarters are located in Stevenage, with a client base throughout the south east of England, East Midlands and up to Hampshire area. Majority of our clientele is also based in London. There may be requirements to travel to other geographic areas of the UK so adaptability is a key requirement of the position.
40 hours per week. Working hours between 9 - 5:30pm with half hour unpaid lunch. We expect the engineer to be at his first job for 9am.
Occasional overtime will be an expected requirement
Out of hours paid on call. Rota to be confirmed

The ability to diagnose, fault find and solve technical problems relating to warden control systems.
Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces that include property lofts and outside spaces.
Experience of working in residential and communal properties.
A clear and polite communicator with exemplary customer service skills.
A full, clean driving license is an essential requirement for the role.
Clean transferable DBS check (if the successful candidate is not in current possession of this, the company can arrange for a new DBS check)
