The role
Citi is seeking a highly motivated candidate for the position of Equities Cash Application Support Senior Manager within our global support team located in the London trading floor. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our suite of Equities Cash trading applications. The primary responsibility of the successful candidate will be to provide technical support and production management functions in line with the global support strategy, which will encompass managing a wide variety of issues ranging from business to technology problems.

What you will do
The role will be very hands-on. Our team specifically works very close with the development team, so we use a very investigative approach to problems as they arise. This individual will provide technical direction to fellow teammates. Additionally, the individual will be required to partner with teams in other countries/regions and as such strong communication skills will be required. The individual will form part of a globally aligned team that will provide an additional level of support to regional support teams that are based at/near the trading desks.

Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

• Own and provide L2 support for mission-critical & Equities Cash trading applications
• Work closely with the development, QA and business support teams, and the Equities business to determine strategy & priorities and to ensure that the team is meeting the business’ requirements. Ensure team delivers on these priorities and communicated progress effectively to all stakeholders.
• Provide technical application support, monitoring the applications and technical platform, answer queries via phone, e-mail and other communication mediums.
• This group provides the detailed knowledge of the applications and the upstream and downstream dependencies. For example, they should be able to understand the application processes, database schema as an expert, but would not typically be expected to read and understand the application code.
• Perform appropriate problem-solving tasks before passing to another team with previously agreed upon format, logs, etc.
• When dealing with major issues, the group would be expected to make key technical recommendations based on their knowledge of the systems and the process flows involved.
• Follow through to ensure each problem is resolved according to SLA.

Crisis is strengthening how we use data to support our mission to end homelessness. As part of this work, we are developing a modern data platform that connects information across systems such as Dynamics CRM, volunteering platforms, client services systems
and finance platforms.

The Data Engineering Manager will lead the development and ongoing evolution of Crisis’ Modern Data Platform and integrations capability. You will oversee the design and operation of data pipelines and platform architecture to ensure that reliable and well-structured data flows across the organisation.

Working closely with colleagues across Technology, Insight and operational teams,
you will establish strong engineering practices and ensure the data platform is robust, scalable and aligned with organisational needs.

You will lead and support the Data Engineering and Integrations team while helping
to shape the technical foundations that support services, fundraising and organisational decision making across Crisis.

About you

You have strong experience designing and running modern data platforms and data pipelines, ideally in a cloud based environment such as Microsoft Fabric or Azure.

You enjoy leading technical teams and helping engineers grow while delivering reliable and maintainable data solutions.

You are comfortable working with both technical and non technical colleagues and translating organisational needs into well engineered data solutions.

About the role

Join the Core Development team in a senior engineering role focused primarily on trading GUI development. You’ll work in a small, high-impact team with broad exposure across the business, partnering closely with traders on the tools they use day to day while also contributing to wider core development projects.

About the role

As Senior Business Intelligence Manager, you ll be the strategic analytical lead for Philanthropy & Alumni Engagement. You ll shape how we understand our fundraising pipeline, portfolio and performance; spotting trends, surfacing opportunities, and helping senior colleagues make smarter, faster decisions. Reporting to the Head of Prospect Development and Business Intelligence, you ll lead the design and delivery of advanced analytical work, from predictive models to interactive Power BI dashboards used across the organisation to support strategic decisions.

We re looking for someone who knows how to think with data, not just crunch it, bringing sound judgement, proportionality and clarity to every analysis.

You ll provide BI leadership across the function, managing the Prospect Insight Manager and setting the standard for technical excellence across the team.
