An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Level 1 Network Engineer to join a fast-growing service provider delivering connectivity and managed network services to enterprise and business customers. The Role
As an L1 Network Engineer, you will act as a first point of contact for network-related support requests. The role focuses on monitoring infrastructure, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and ensuring incidents are resolved efficiently within defined service levels. You will also work closely with internal engineering teams and third-party suppliers to escalate and resolve more complex issues.
