We’re seeking a Trade Specialist to join our dedicated property maintenance team. As an essential member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing various daily maintenance tasks, which could include but is not limited to carpentry, electrical or plumbing work, general building repair, painting, flooring and general facility repair, ensuring that guest bedrooms are well-maintained and consistently presented in immaculate condition.

My client is a Leading National Civil Engineering Contractor.
Due to planned growth, they are looking to appoint, on a permanent basis a Managing Engineer to oversee their larger projects and to offer guidance and support to other engineering staff within the region.
