Elevate student experience - Document and evaluate teaching and identifying areas for potential improvement to enhance the quality of teaching, learning and overall student experience.

  • A Master’s degree in a relevant subject area (PhD desirable)

  • A successful track record of teaching adult learners from diverse backgrounds on similar HE programmes
  • A high level of reporting skills and ability to maintain thorough student records
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ideally, you will also have:

  • A Postgraduate Certificate of Academic Practice or equivalent teaching qualification (or commitment to enrol on a teaching programme during the probationary period and complete within three years) or Fellowship of HEA (or international equivalent)

The Role

We are seeking an exceptional Global DevOps Lead with 12-15 years of experience to establish and scale our Global DevOps practice across Flight Centre Travel Group’s multi-market technology landscape. This high-impact role requires a seasoned leader who can operate independently, influence at all organizational levels, and drive transformational change. You’ll lead distributed teams globally, championing automation, operational excellence, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Experience and Background

  • 12-15 years of progressive DevOps leadership experience in complex enterprise environments
  • Demonstrated success establishing DevOps operating models and driving organizational transformation

Technical Expertise (Must-Have)

  • Advanced-level expertise with Azure DevOps including:

  • Process template management and customization

  • Establishing and enforcing ways of working

  • Leading Communities of Practice

  • Building complex queries and custom dashboards

  • Implementing integrations and extensions

  • Managing organizational-level configurations

  • Expert-level knowledge of Datadog observability platform including:

  • Full-stack monitoring and distributed tracing

  • Log aggregation, APM, and infrastructure monitoring

  • Synthetic monitoring and alerting strategies

  • Proven ability to enable teams in Datadog adoption

  • Strong understanding of IaC tools (Terraform, ARM templates, Bicep)
  • Deep knowledge of CI/CD principles and deployment strategies
  • Proficiency in scripting/automation (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
  • Solid grasp of SRE principles and implementation patterns

Leadership & Soft Skills

  • Exceptional influencing and organizational skills with ability to drive change across complex matrix organizations
  • Polished, executive-level communication skills for interactions with C-suite, senior leadership, stakeholders, peers, and vendors
  • Culturally sensitive and globally minded with experience across diverse cultures and time zones
  • Ability to manage multiple competing demands while maintaining strategic focus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant certifications (Azure DevOps Expert, Azure Solutions Architect, Datadog certifications)
  • Experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies at scale
  • Familiarity with change management frameworks (ITIL)
  • Experience with AIOps platforms and practices

About The Role:

A well-established, design-led architectural practice is seeking experienced Senior Project Managers to join its growing residential team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a collaborative, people-focused studio delivering meaningful housing projects across London and the UK. The role will focus on residential and social housing schemes, including projects involving fire remediation and building safety works. You will be reporting into an Associate whilst working amongst a large project team, collaborating with the in-house development team. You will play a key role in overseeing delivery from design through to completion, acting as a central point of coordination between clients, consultants and internal teams.

  • Act as Employer’s Agent / Contract Administrator / Project Manager through to completion.
  • Chair meetings, attend site and coordinate in-house and external consultants

Key Skills / Requirements:

  • Strong track record leading projects and understanding JCT contracts
  • Experience and interest in architecture, construction and engineering
  • Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent numerical skills
