Job Role:

What you’ll be doing:
* Lead onshore and offshore HV cable FEED and detailed design works for major transmission projects.
* Support business growth by engaging with clients, identifying opportunities, and assisting in bid and proposal development.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including civil, structural, and project management, to deliver comprehensive project solutions.
* Attend site visits, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure project milestones are met.
* Mentor junior engineers and support internal capability development.

What you’ll bring:
* Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
* Proven experience in HV cable system design, manufacture, testing, and installation.
* Familiarity with client standards such as National Grid, SPEN, and SSEN.
* Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
* Business development mindset with experience supporting strategic growth.
* Willingness to travel as needed.
* Experience with commissioning on transmission/EHV scale projects.
