You will act as the key liaison between the client, internal teams, and senior management while driving performance and continuous improvement across the site.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of engineers, ensuring operational commitments and KPIs are achieved.
  • Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety regulations, including Permit to Work and LOTO procedures.
  • Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to RAMS and safe working practices.
