Position Overview:
As the Head of Engineering, and a core member of the Site Leadership Team, you will be responsible for end-to-end asset and facilities management, Capex planning, and engineering project delivery, ensuring operational reliability, safety compliance, cost control, and site efficiency. You’ll play a key role in shaping site strategy, while leading, motivating, and developing a multi-skilled engineering team and managing contractors and capital projects to deliver measurable improvements to site performance.

The Role:
The Project Engineer will be responsible for providing effective technical support and guidance on multiple precision engineering projects simultaneously.
Your duties will include: -
Candidate:
The Project Engineer will have at least 3 years project engineer or manufacturing engineer experience in a precision engineering environment.
You will be familiar with and manufacture of parts / components for industries such as MOD, Nuclear, Marine, Aerospace, Oil & gas sectors.
You will have excellent Project Engineer skills and you’ll be competent in the use of ERP/MRP systems and you will have HNC/HND in mechanical engineering and you will have a CNC engineering background.
AutoCAD and design engineering skills will be advantageous.
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday - 39 hours
