  • Acting as deputy to the Delivery Team Leader where required.

What We’re Looking For
You don’t need specific qualifications-the emphasis is on strong, relevant experience.

  • Strong background in metallic structural design (composites experience desirable).
  • Experience with engineering design toolsets; knowledge of CATIA V5 is beneficial.
  • Ability to analyse, propose, and independently resolve technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering high standards of quality and customer value.
  • Airbus commercial aircraft and wing structure experience is highly desirable.

Working Pattern & Requirements

  • 100% onsite at Broughton Plant to provide hands-on build support.

  • Double-day shift pattern:

  • Early shift: 06:00-13:10

  • Late shift: 13:30-20:40

Pay & Benefits

  • £32.89 per hour (PAYE) or £44.00 per hour (Umbrella)
  • Work in one of the most modern and progressive aerospace manufacturing sites in Europe.
  • Opportunity to develop engineering IT skills and expand your technical expertise.
