We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Loan Operations Lead Manager – Position Servicing to join our Corporate Trust Operations team. This role is located in Manchester, UK.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Lead and manage a high-performing team covering daily reconciliations, cash flow processing, and client/regulatory reports within Loans Position Servicing Operations, ensuring adherence to service standards and regulatory requirements by demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills.
Monitor and assess team performance, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and client expectations as well as adherence to core Key Performance Indicators.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team, promoting professional growth and advancement.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, leveraging data-driven insights and innovative solutions.
Identify and resolve issues while serving as a high-level escalation point for complex situations, ensuring successful resolution.
Contribute to and lead strategic initiatives related to transformation and change for the Global Loans Position Servicing organisation.
Build strong relationships with internal partners to drive continued improvement in client relationships and operational processes.
Drive adoption of digital tools available within the organisation to streamline processes and reduce manual touch points.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Financial markets/securities industry expertise with experience managing teams.
Experience in Loans (syndicated, bi-lateral, real estate) is desirable.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead dynamic teams.
Ability to quickly address issues with strong decision-making skills.
Strong Financial Services technical knowledge.
Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel.

As the Service Delivery Manager for our partner customer Manchester Airport Group (MAG) you will work in close collaboration with the Service Program Account Manager MAG. Regularly interacting with cross-functional business areas and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. This role is pivotal in driving service excellence for MAG and it is essential you are a champion of our corporate values, advocate of change and our continuous improvement ethos.
You will have proven experience of delivering results, developing high performing, agile teams and strong background in large volume, 24/7 technical and/or complex service operations. The role will be pivotal in ensuring delivery is aligned with our contractual obligations, regulatory industry standards and compliant with all legislation.
You must be willing to hit the ground running, enjoy working in challenging environments, be flexible, proactive, adaptable, solutions focussed and a major team player. Requirements
Proven experience in multi-site /large scale, cross-functional technical service operations in regulated environments.
A background of proven change management and advocating continuous improvement ethos in complex organisations.
Excellent leadership, people/performance management.
Ability to foster can-do attitudes, agile teams, and high-performance culture
Strong collaboration and customer relationship management.
Excellent planning ability and time management skills.
Proficiency in interpreting complex technical information.
Demonstrated commercial and financial acumen.
High level of integrity and professionalism.

Experience with reliability testing and cross-departmental resource coordination.
Knowledge of aviation/security sector.
Advanced IT skills (CRM, data analytics, reporting tools).
Knowledge of ISO9001-2015/other quality standards and associated documentation.
Ability to lead internal and external audits across multiple sites.

Level 5 Leadership/Management or equivalent experience.

£58,400.00-£74,900.00
