This position is a hands-on leader with strong background in quality assurance and quality control in an operational environment. The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and evidence of CPD study on quality-related subjects.
This position will work cross-functionally with our Defence customer, key sub-contractors and the operations teams to be ensure the quality programmes and procedures are of the highest standards so that we deliver products and services of the highest quality to our customers.

The Principal Mechanical Engineer is a key role that leads the mechanical engineering aspects of the development of new radar technologies. Reporting to the Project Engineering Manager, this role must have an expert general mechanical knowledge with experience in the design, build, integration and test of complex mechanical systems
