  • Must have in-depth experienced in AZURE Terraform code, GitHub Actions, implementation of both CI/CD.

  • Good working knowledge of PowerShell, SQL of the installation and configuration of Windows based systems.

  • Experience of Agile methods, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipeline maintenance + automation Scripting, also strongly preferred.
  • Ability to plan, schedule and manage a demanding workload. Experienced in mentoring and training junior engineers.

Desirable:

  • Experience implementing or maintaining a CI/CD pipeline using Github Actions, Terraform, and Azure.
  • Azure Monitoring. Software development experience using C# and SQL Server. Packer, Kubernetes, AKS, Flux or Helm
  • Banking/Financial Services domain experience preferred.
  • Must hold active SC Security Clearance used on a project within the past 12 Months.

This London law firm, with a great reputation on the market, is looking for a CRM Manager to lead their CRM systems team. The role will work with the Head of Data and the BD leadership team on the ongoing development of their marketing systems, and the delivery of the firm’s CRM strategy.

They are currently going through various upgrades and automation projects for InterAction and HubSpot, which the role will lead on. The role will also lead a team of 3 Executives, who will support on these projects and the day to day running of the systems.

Your New Role
We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer with strong experience in broadcast IP environments to join a high-performance infrastructure team. This role will focus on the design, implementation and ongoing support of highly available network infrastructure supporting live broadcast and production environments.

This is not a standard enterprise networking role. Experience with SMPTE ST 2110, PTP timing, multicast networking and Arista hardware is essential.

Your Responsibilities
Network Design and Implementation
Design, deploy, configure and maintain scalable and resilient LAN, WAN and WiFi infrastructure.
Ensure high availability and performance across all network services supporting critical operations.

Broadcast and AV Integration
Support IP based and cloud-based broadcast workflows.
Ensure seamless connectivity for video and audio production systems, editing suites and transmission infrastructure.
Work extensively with SMPTE ST 2110, PTP timing, multicast and broadcast audio and video protocols.

Hardware Management
Install and configure enterprise grade networking hardware including routers, switches, load balancers and VPN solutions.
Strong hands-on experience with Arista switching platforms is required.

Performance Monitoring and Troubleshooting
Proactively monitor network performance using specialist tools.
Diagnose and resolve complex issues including latency, packet loss and bandwidth constraints in live environments.

Security and Compliance
Implement network security controls including segmentation and access policies.
Ensure alignment with organisational and industry security standards.

Collaboration and Cross Training
Work closely with infrastructure, systems and security teams as well as production and broadcast teams.
Contribute to knowledge sharing and cross training initiatives to strengthen overall team capability.

Documentation and Planning
Maintain detailed technical documentation including network diagrams, configuration records and disaster recovery procedures.

Operational Support
Provide second- and third-line support for critical network incidents.
Participate in an on-call rota supporting 24 by 7 operational requirements.

Strong experience as a Senior Network Engineer within broadcast or media environments.
Proven expertise with SMPTE ST 2110 workflows.
Deep understanding of PTP and multicast networking.

Why this job matters:
Team purpose is to create bespoke mobile network designs for the radio coverage solutions for some of the most complex parts of the clients network such as stadiums, transport facilities , tunnels , indoor and events. We need to ensure that the clients mobile customers have great service , we need to achieve this on time, within budgets and following the latest technology roadmaps and industry standards.

Your accountabilities:

  • Accountable for developing site specific RAN solutions, following RAN Design Guidelines and BT processes , for individual venues such as stadiums , tunnels and other buildings
  • Identify appropriate DAS technology and transmission requirements for each venue considering capacity demand, cost, reliability ( including Gateway Neutral Host NHIB solutions and Femto products).
  • Ensure that all venue specific designs are from the approved product list ( BT NPI )
  • Specify RAN indoor and outdoor solutions in a timely manner to meet agreed customer requirements for 4G/5G services at licensed/unlicensed frequency bands as applicable. Support operational and Network Performce investigations related to customer complaints or KPI degradation
  • Ensure all solutions are delivered safely in accordance with Statutiory, Regulatory & BT policies and guidance.
  • Develop and continually improve design processes and methodologies used within the team.
  • Own, assist with and support as appropriate the development of Scope of Works documents for bespoke products and solutions.
  • Support the delivery trials of new products and initiatives prior to wider deployments.

  • Strong track record of success with major unilteral or shared RAN projects within airports, rail, transport, MoD or ESN environment. (PREFERRED)
  • Direct experience of upgrading and decommissioning of RAN solutions. (PREFERRED) Knowledge of current EE, exOUK and exTMUK delivery processes and tools. (PREFERRED)
