Your new role
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of a large new build project in the middle of Edinburgh. Typical project values range from £20million up to £60million and are generally focused on the PBSA, BTR or hotel sectors. You will be the project lead on this project, responsible for all technical elements of the delivery. This will involve managing and coordinating across commercial, design management, client and stakeholder interface and operations. Working with your team (Site Manager, DM, Commercial etc) you will be responsible for pulling all elements together, ensuring the project hits its commercial and operational targets.
