My client is looking for a Data Quality Manager for a 6month FTC. The role will be hybrid with 3 days a week working onsite in London.The RoleAs Data Quality Manager you will:
Lead data cataloguing efforts - document data sources, metadata, business definitions and ensure there is clear visibility of our data assets.
Define and maintain data definitions, business glossaries, data dictionaries and establish data nomenclature so that everyone speaks the same language .
Build and manage data quality dashboards and metrics that monitor accuracy, completeness, consistency, timeliness and validity of our key datasets.
Perform data profiling and quality assessments - identify data issues, root-cause them, and work with stakeholders (business & IT) to remediate.

Work closely with business stakeholders to provide insights and reporting from data quality metrics: enabling smarter decision-making by spotting patterns, highlighting risk areas and recommending improvements.

Act as an advocate for a strong data-quality culture across the organisation: communicate best practices, train business users and raise awareness of the importance of quality data.

Experience in a data quality, data governance or analytics
Strong proficiency in SQL - able to write queries, explore datasets, join tables, aggregate and drill into data.
Experience of building dashboards and metrics to monitor data quality and business-relevant KPIs.
