Reporting to the Digital Development Manager, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining Power Apps-led digital reporting and data platforms. Your work will support both Project Live initiatives and wider business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain Power Apps solutions (Canvas and Model-driven)
Take ownership of Power Platform solutions from initial design through to deployment, support, and continuous improvement
Support data modelling, preparation, and management for reporting platforms such as Power BI
Manage and maintain Dataverse data models, relationships, and security roles
Support and enhance digital reporting platforms across the business
Manage and prioritise reporting and development backlogs
Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven experience designing, building, and maintaining Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven)
Strong experience working with Microsoft Power Platform tools
Solid development background including C#, HTML5, and CSS
Experience with data modelling and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
Ability to take ownership of solutions from design through to ongoing support and enhancement

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on SOC Operations Technical Lead to lead a team of SOC Analysts operating in a 24/7/365 environment.
This is a senior, technically focused leadership role within our Managed Security Services (MSSP) function, reporting directly to the Head of SOC Operations. You will act as the senior technical authority, driving excellence in threat detection, incident response, and security operations across a diverse, multi-client portfolio.
While you will lead and mentor a team, this is not a purely managerial role. You will remain deeply involved in technical delivery, acting as an escalation point, leading complex investigations, and continuously improving SOC capabilities.

Ideally, you will have at least 4 years of on-site Electrical supervisory experience within the commercial sectors. We would prefer the successful candidate to have a full City & Guilds/NVQ Apprenticeship, a 2391 Testing and Inspection Certificate, and 18th Edition.
Working within the Operations Department at DL M&E will give you the opportunity to work alongside a team, managing projects up to the value of 10 million. You will manage your own time and you will work with some highly experienced and qualified colleagues.

Trainee Electrical Project Manager main duties and requirements:
Completing projects on time and within budget.
Providing support on project planning, scheduling, productivity and progression.
Producing project reports.
Completing and managing risk assessments.
Maintaining health and safety on site, including reports and actions.
You will be required to participate in both internal and external meetings with clients and business associates, therefore professional presentation skills are essential.
Travel throughout the U.K. will be required, and overnight stays on occasion.
