You’ll play a crucial role in defining our interaction models, enhancing usability, and aligning with our fun and playful brand identity. An essential part of this role is ensuring your designs are optimized for platform-specific differences between iOS, Android and Web creating consistent and tailored interactions.

These are some of the key components to the position:
  • Design & Deliver: Create high-quality motion and interaction concepts across the JET ecosystem (App and Web).
  • Elevate UX: Build micro-interactions, transitions, and animated illustrations that enhance clarity, engagement, and “delight.”

  • Motion Tooling: Advanced knowledge of After Effects, specifically for UI workflows and Lottie/SVG optimization.
  • Modern Workflows: Experience with (or a strong interest in) Rive or Spline is a significant advantage.
  • Technical Collaboration: Experience working with developers to ensure motion assets are performant and lightweight. You understand that “small file size” is a feature.

  • Accessibility: Knowledge of designing for accessibility, including “Reduced Motion” support and inclusive interaction design.
  • AI Literacy: Familiarity with using AI tools for rapid concepting, asset generation, or enhancing the design workflow.
