Your new role
As an Information Analyst, you will support the delivery of high-quality data insights that help drive business change and future operating models. Working across a complex multi-system environment, you will assist in gathering, analysing and interpreting data from a range of sources to produce clear, accurate and meaningful outputs for programme leads and wider stakeholders. You will contribute to the development of unified data structures, support the documentation and mapping of data flows, and help strengthen data governance and data quality processes. The role will involve hands-on data analysis, data preparation and visualisation, as well as supporting essential activities such as data cleansing, validation and improving metadata and information asset records. You will collaborate closely with technical teams, business SMEs and project colleagues to ensure data is accurate, reliable and fit for purpose within a rapidly evolving programme landscape.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will have experience working as an Information Analyst or Data Analyst within a complex organisation or multi-system environment. You will bring good analytical skills, some experience with data cleansing, transformation and visualisation, and confidence working with large datasets. Proficiency in tools such as Excel and SQL is important, as is familiarity with at least one BI or reporting tool (e.g. Power BI or Tableau). Experience supporting data governance, data quality initiatives or improvements in information management will be highly advantageous, alongside an understanding of how to document data flows, attributes and metadata. You should be comfortable working with both technical and non-technical colleagues, interpreting requirements and translating them into useful and clear outputs. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently within a fast-moving programme will be key to your success.

We are a supportive and welcoming team and are now looking for a Coffee Machine Field Service Engineer to join us.
Key responsibilities:
You will report to our workshop in West Molesey, but the role is primarily field-based, visiting client sites across London and the Southeast.
Every third weekend, you will be on call. The average callout rate is around one callout per weekend. Following your on-call weekend, you will receive Monday and Tuesday off with full pay, regardless of whether you are called out.

The Role

What You’ll Be Doing
** Designing and launching the PMO, including frameworks, processes, and governance standards
** Creating a roadmap of strategic projects across the organisation, helping prioritise what delivers the most value
** Leading complex projects directly, from tech transformations to operational improvements
** Ensuring projects have the right people, resources, and risk plans in place for success
** Conducting post-project reviews to capture lessons and improve delivery

** Identifying opportunities to improve project delivery and drive continuous improvement
What They’re Looking For
** Proven experience in programme or project management, ideally in a PMO environment
