Our client, a specialist research organisation, is undergoing a period of change and transformation.
As such, we are seeking an experienced Strategic HR Professional who has a strong background of undertaking a range of organisational change, shaping workforce strategy to manage the transition to a new model structure and as such, will have a contract through to March 2027 and likely longer.

Key responsibilities

Candidates

  • Were seeking an experienced HR professional – Senior HR Business Partner / HR Manager or similar

  • Strong HR knowledge, ideally CIPD qualified or working towards it
  • Qualification or equivalent experience at Level 7 (e.g. Master’s, PG Dip/Cert)
