Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical issues for hardware: laptops, mobile devices (iOS/Android), and peripheral equipment (printers, docks, headsets) and software i.e. common Office apps, network & cloud-based applications).
Perform account and access management tasks (password resets, MFA setup, permissions).
Keen to gain exposure to, and support, other areas of the business including Finance, HR, Operations and more!
