As a Waste Water Adoptions Engineer, you will be responsible for liaising with developers and groundworkers to ensure that they install the adoptable waste water infrastructure to the required standards.

ROLE SUMMARY:
As the Solution Architect you support the evolution of LSEG’s People Technology landscape by defining and delivering scalable, data-driven architecture aligned to a product-led operating model.
You will focus on establishing a service-layer architecture that enables reusable People capabilities, improves integration across platforms, and strengthens the use of People data for operational and strategic outcomes.
As the architect you will work across Workday and the wider enterprise ecosystem to ensure solutions are aligned to standards, reduce complexity, and enable AI and workforce intelligence use cases .
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Define and design end-to-end solution architectures for People products and services aligned to enterprise standards
Establish and evolve Integration and communication patterns (APIs, workflows, event-driven integration) to enable reusable capabilities across value streams
Define and maintain People data models , including data flows, ownership, and integration across systems (e.g. Workday, ServiceNow, Finance platforms)
Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solution designs , covering functional and non-functional needs
Provide clear solution views and architecture artefacts to support stakeholder understanding and decision-making
Align architecture decisions to product lifecycle, value streams, and platform strategy
Support vendor and solution evaluation across SaaS, PaaS, and enterprise platforms

Experience designing solution architectures across complex enterprise environments
