What You’ll Be Doing

The role will be responsible for the effective delivery of IT Software and Hardware Asset and License Management across IT, using an ITIL framework.

  • Development and production of regular reporting.

Professional qualifications or essential experience required:

  • Ideally ITIL foundation plus other relevant ITIL intermediate level qualifications.
  • Extensive knowledge of IT Software and Hardware Asset Management and Contract and License management principles, processes, standards, new and evolving best practices.
  • Significant experience in an IT Service environment, ideally with experience in a financial organisation.
  • Proven experience of establishing and improving IT Asset and Configuration Management Processes.
  • Operational and best practice experience of the ServiceNow and SNOW toolsets deployment and management, with CMDB schema ideally using the CSDM model with best practice
