How you will make an impact
As Project Engineer, you will support the delivery of capital projects from installation through to commissioning. You will take responsibility for supervising works, ensuring safety compliance, coordinating contractors and maintaining the required quality standards throughout.
You will work closely with the Head of Capital Projects, Project Design Engineers, Process Technical, Factory Technical, Site Engineering and H&S teams, as well as third-party suppliers and contractors.

You bring a strong engineering foundation and the confidence to supervise technical tasks safely and effectively, with a clear understanding of the importance of documentation, communication and stakeholder coordination in delivering successful projects. To succeed in this role, you will have ONC Engineering (minimum) or an equivalent qualification in an electrical or mechanical discipline, along with a time-served apprenticeship in an industrial environment.
You will also have around five years experience in industry, ideally within dairy or a similar manufacturing setting, and a solid understanding of RAMS, Permit to Work processes, LOTO and technical validation requirements. The role calls for someone who can work collaboratively across multiple functions and with external contractors.
On a personal level, you will bring a strong commitment to safety and compliance, clear communication and stakeholder-management skills, and a proactive, organised approach to supervising and delivering engineering tasks.
