Fire Alarm Engineer (Service-Focused)

We are currently seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Engineer to join our growing team, covering six sites across East London. This is a service-focused fire alarm role offering excellent earning potential with significant overtime available. The Role:

Service, maintenance and fault finding on fire alarm systems

Routine testing and servicing of fire alarm systems in line with regulations

Service and maintenance of AOVs (Automatic Opening Vents)

Fault finding and repairs on AOVs

Working across 6 fixed sites in East London

Diagnosing and resolving fire alarm and AOVs issues efficiently

Ensuring full compliance with current fire alarm and life safety standards

Completing detailed service reports for both fire alarm systems and AOVs
The Package:

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior NOC Engineer, Network Operations Engineer, or Shift Lead looking to step into a leadership role while remaining close to the technology. You’ll lead a team of Tier 2 engineers responsible for maintaining the stability and performance of customer network environments within a fast-paced 24/7 operations centre.

The Role
As NOC Team Leader, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the Network Operations Centre while supporting and developing a team of engineers delivering managed network services to multiple customers.

Overseeing daily NOC workflows and ensuring SLA performance
