What will you be doing?
Servicing, maintaining, and fault-finding on large CHP gas engines (typically 250kW+)
Supporting engine overhauls and rebuilds when required
Supporting availability and performance of a fleet of CHP units
Managing spare parts, tools, and stock across sites
Working with operations teams and site staff to plan maintenance
Liaising with OEMs, suppliers, and service partners
Completing service reports, compliance paperwork, and risk assessments
Where will you be doing it?
Field-based across multiple industrial, commercial, and utility CHP sites
Supported by a central operations team based in Hampshire

Static BMS Engineer - Sutton & Chelsea sites
I’m working with a Tridium & Trend biased BMS company who seek a BMS Engineer to cover 2 key sites, one in Sutton & the other in Chelsea. The directors are keen to speak to BMS Engineers who are proficient with BMS service & small work project duties on Trend systems.
The BMS Engineer will be certified & experienced with Trend products (IQvision, 963, IQ3, IQ4, SET for example), the 2 sites you’d be expected to cover have a mix of these systems. Duties would include routine BMS service, breakdowns, fault finding & small works. The BMS Engineers time would be split between Sutton (3 days) & Chelsea (2 days).
It’s key for the BMS Engineer to be comfortable with client liaison, quoting new BMS small work projects (upgrades, retrofits, installs) & coordinating with sub contractors.
The BMS Engineer will be paid a basic salary of between £50,000 - £58,000 per annum
