Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the planned (PPM) and reactive maintenance of the building’s mechanical and cooling systems.

Mechanical Plant: Overhauling pumps, motors, and pressurized systems.

Plumbing/Heating: Managing pipework, valves, and commercial heating systems.
