About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Communications Engineer, with extensive experience in data networking and structured cabling to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, installation, and maintenance of VoIP systems, network infrastructure, and data cabling within our group and Partner environments.

This is a hands-on role combining both network engineering expertise and practical on-site cabling and deployment work. Travel, nights away, and occasional weekend work will be required, but notice will always be given in advance.

Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and support VoIP phone system
Manage and maintain PBX systems, SIP trunks, and related network components.
Work with ISPs and SIP providers to resolve connectivity and call routing issues.

The Pump Engineer will report to the National Engineering Manager and working with a team of colleagues within the Service and Technical Support team.   • The Pump Engineer will carry out visible and technical assessments of breakdowns and work to be completed on all equipment.
  • Ensure all task-related documentation is completed upon conclusion of each service activity, including obtaining customer signatures on manned sites. Submit all completed documentation to the office daily via remote access.
  • Effective communication with our internal service department is paramount to ensure seamless coordination, timely updates.
