You’ll work in a close-knit team of 6 with great support from colleagues. You’ll work most closely with Matt and James, the department leads, and take the reporting responsibility away from them (they will always be on hand to help, guide and support you).
Career progression is real here, we’d expect you to become an internal expert and start gaining promotion within two years, forming knowledge across the systems and working towards SME (subject matter expert).
The role is based on-site in Clacton-on-Sea so you must be able to drive and be happy to be in the office.
