• Analyse and troubleshoot product issues, implementing solutions to improve performance.
• Define and maintain the target technical architecture for the platform, ensuring every Claude Code output aligns with it.

• Own the documentation of the Product.
• Guide Claude Code through effective prompting: precise context injection, constraint specification, and decomposition of complex work.
• Know when to reject a plan entirely vs refine it vs let it run.
• Review all code outputs for correctness, security, performance, and adherence to conventions.
• Catch AI-specific failure patterns: hallucinated dependencies, plausible-but-wrong logic, over-engineering, pattern mimicry without understanding.
• Monitor chain performance. When is fails, fix the chain.

• Lead and conduct complex, intelligence-led investigations into data theft and streaming piracy using an all-source approach.
• Collect, preserve, and document digital evidence from various sources, including online networks, dark web marketplaces, and compromised systems, in compliance with legal standards.

• Translate business objectives into Salesforce-focused requirements, including epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications
• Support prioritisation of Salesforce backlog items based on business value, customer outcomes, regulatory considerations and delivery constraints

Job Title: SC CLEARED Copilot SME - Studio Agents (AI Agent Builder)

Location: Remote
Contract Type: 3-6 Month Contract (with possible extension)

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Copilot Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a strong focus on designing, building, and optimizing Studio Agents. This role will lead the development of intelligent AI agents that enhance productivity, automate workflows, and deliver scalable business solutions using Microsoft Copilot technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered Studio Agents using Microsoft Copilot and related platforms
• Act as the SME for Copilot capabilities, advising stakeholders on best practices and use cases
• Collaborate with business teams to identify automation opportunities and translate them into agent solutions
• Configure, test, and optimize conversational flows, prompts, and integrations
• Ensure governance, compliance, and security standards are applied to all Copilot solutions
• Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to internal teams
• Stay current with emerging AI, Copilot, and agent-based technologies

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, or similar AI tools
• Strong understanding of AI agents, prompt engineering, and conversational design
• Experience integrating APIs, data sources, and enterprise systems
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Dynamics, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure AI services or OpenAI technologies
• Background in automation, RPA, or workflow orchestration
• Knowledge of governance and security best practices for AI solutions
• Certifications in Microsoft AI, Power Platform, or Azure

Your new role
As part of the Data Analytics & AI team, you’ll help build and evolve a Snowflake-based data platform. You will design and maintain robust data pipelines and models that transform data from operational systems into trusted, analytics-ready assets. Your work will enable high-quality reporting, insight generation, and future AI/ML initiatives across the business.
What You’ll Do Build & Maintain Pipelines: Develop ELT/ETL pipelines using dbt, Python, and orchestration tools. Work with Snowflake: Design and optimise data models, manage performance, and adopt advanced Snowflake features.
Ensure Data Quality: Apply governance, security, and compliance standards.
Collaborate: Support analysts and business teams with clean, structured data for reporting and analytics.
Monitor & Improve: Implement monitoring, alerting, and cost controls for Snowflake and pipelines.
Contribute to Best Practices: Help define standards for naming, schema design, and development processes.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, SQL, Python, and Dbt
• Solid understanding of data modelling, data governance, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Experience supporting analytics using BI tools such as Power BI
• Familiarity with data ingestion tools (e.g. Airbyte, Fivetran)
• Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and modern data engineering practices
