Key Skills & Experience
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including VRV/VRF systems, split AC, HRUs, FCUs, AHUs and extract/supply fans.
Ability to carry out PPM tasks, inspections, testing and fault finding to HVAC industry standards.
Experience working on commercial sites, preferably schools or multi site facilities.
Understanding of associated controls/BMS (basic BMS knowledge an advantage).
Ability to diagnose technical issues, complete minor repairs and escalate major defects where required.
Familiarity with SFG20 or equivalent PPM frameworks (desirable).
Comfortable working independently and travelling daily across a defined route of school properties.
Strong compliance awareness with an ability to follow statutory/contractual maintenance requirements.
