Electrical Maintenance Engineer Victoria Continental Shift

Invictus are recruiting for a shift electrical maintenance engineer to complete PPM and reactive maintenance on a large listed building in Victoria. The client is looking for IMMEDIATE engineers as this position is a temporary to permanent vacancy starting temp for 3 months before going perm.
You will be expected to have good all round knowledge of other FM disciplines and worked on other FM/Building Services roles.

The client in question is a leading body within the facilities maintenance industry and the contract you will be working on is one of their flagship buildings that consists of both day engineers and shift teams.

Job Role:

The position is working on a continental shift pattern both days and nights 7-7. The shift rota will be shared with you when successful so you can plan your off days and know exactly when you are working.

The role is paying up to £46,000 with a shift allowance of £2750.

Plenty of overtime available on site.

Duties:

Ensure the PPM’s and reactive maintenance is completed

Work on the electrical systems, lighting, emergency lighting, display lighting, sockets, switchboards, fuses, distribution, basic BMS and controls

Ensuring all statutory requirements are maintained

Assisting with general upkeep and fabric maintenance

This is a temporary position on a leading contract where you will be joining as an integral member of the team in order to ensure the smooth running of a large critical site.

Skills Required:

The successful candidateMUSThave:

Electrically trained with at least 3 years experience in commercial building maintenance and services.

Musthave 17thor 18thedition

Musthave Level 3 Electrical installation

Mustbe well presented with good interpersonal skills as this is a client facing role
