This is a mobile position, requiring travel to commercial, retail, and university sites to carry out specialist chiller maintenance and repair work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service, maintenance, and repair of a variety of chiller systems (air-cooled and water-cooled)

The Role
We are looking for a skilledWalking Mobile Engineer (Electrical Bias)to support a portfolio of commercial offices and buildings withinZones 1-2, Central London. You’ll focus on maintaining and repairing electrical building services while also handling general mechanical and fabric tasks as needed. This is a varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple sites and taking ownership of critical building systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliverplanned preventative maintenance (PPM)andreactive maintenancewith a focus on electrical systems.
• Service and maintain HVAC systems, pumps, air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), and plumbing infrastructure.
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults quickly to minimise downtime.

Requirements

• Recognised qualification inElectrical Engineering(apprenticeship, City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent).
• Solid experience in commercial building services with aElectrical bias.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, wiring, testing, electrical maintenance.

We are seeking a highly skilled Telemetry & Observability Engineer to join a large-scale enterprise engineering environment focused on improving system reliability, visibility, and operational intelligence across complex distributed platforms. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer who can go beyond using observability tools and instead design, build, and automate observability and telemetry solutions from the ground up.

You will be responsible for building and evolving telemetry pipelines and observability infrastructure across a distributed, cloud-native environment. Working closely with network, platform, and software engineering teams, you will help embed observability into engineering workflows and CI/CD processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable pipelines for metrics, logs, traces, and event data across distributed systems
• Build and enhance observability tooling, including dashboards, monitoring systems, alerting frameworks, and reliability standards

• Programming experience in at least one language such as Python, Go, or Java

Ability to install patch liners.

Experience of lining highly desirable but training will be provided for the right candidate.

Installation of new foul drainage systems.

Soakaway installation and maintenance.

Minor excavation work to carry out repairs, including but not limited to gulley replacement etc.

Ability to carry out descales, rooting / concrete cutting etc. using Picote millers or similar.
