We are looking for a Senior Integration Test Engineer to join our team to help us deliver a large-scale systems integration programme.

As part of an multi discipline team the successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of test documentation and execution, as assigned by the Test Lead.   • Documenting of test results and any defects/reporting progress, risks & issues
  • Investigating issues and working with suppliers to identify root cause and resolution
  • Analysing data and test evidence from suppliers to show compliance to requirements
  • Identifying improvements in new and existing processes
  • Supporting Automation team to develop regression test pack

Our leading Financial Services Sector Client are seeking a Test Analyst to join their QA team as they enjoy continued business growth.

As Test Analyst here you will be responsible for:

  • Review & testing sign-off of requirements and design specifications
  • Creation of formal test documentation, including Test Plans and Completion Reports
  • Test design, execution, defect management & monitoring
  • Ensuring full traceability of testing to requirements/specification
  • Progress reporting to Test Lead/Manager and project stakeholders
  • Creation of re-useable, automatable, test cases for regression

The ideal candidate for the role of Test Analyst will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience of testing
  • Hold ISTQB Foundation certificate in Software Testing
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively, or on your own initiative, and deliver to tight deadlines
  • Experience with using Gherkin syntax for test case design
  • A genuine interest in technology and software testing

Desirable:

  • Experience of the Finance domain, and Life & Pensions in particular, is an advantage
  • Experience of test automation is an advantage
