We are looking for a Senior Integration Test Engineer to join our team to help us deliver a large-scale systems integration programme.
As part of an multi discipline team the successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of test documentation and execution, as assigned by the Test Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for interfacing with an international team, and with Customer stakeholders to design, create and execute tests. The role will require the ability to effectively communicate with all members of the team, ranging from technical personnel to programme leadership.
The role includes executing tests across a variety of software products, their interfaces and network & infrastructure configurations, and identifying and managing resulting defects.

Essential experience
To succeed in this role, you must have experience working as a lead software tester on multiple complex projects and have a good understanding of what it means to be a senior consultant.

Senior consultant salary range: ÂŁ56,001-ÂŁ60,000 per annum

You will be working across the companies core Mobile App used by their customers. The app is built using React Native with a Java bakend hosted on AWS. Some Automation is already in place using Maestro, but the team are now experiencing reliability issues in the pipelines. They're keen to bring in an experienced Automation tester with experience across mobile who can help to stabilise and scale the automation approach so deployments can happen faster and with greater confidence, and you have a blank canvass in terms of tech and tools you want to use. You'll also help shape a sustainable test strategy that the whole mobile team can share ownership of, they very much believe in testing being a shared responsibility amongst the team, ensuring testing doesn't grind to a halt if one person is away. You'll work closely with developers to embed quality into the development process and build an approach that supports long term growth. The mobile app now sits within its own dedicated company structure, reflecting how important it is to the organisation's future although you will be a part of a wider testing community of practice with testers across other teams within the company, so there are always people to bounce ideas off.
