Job Title: Contract Product Owner
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Contract Product Owner to support customer-facing digital asset initiatives. This role focuses on shaping, delivering, and optimising propositions related to blockchain, crypto, and emerging digital asset capabilities.
This is a delivery-focused opportunity within a high-growth and evolving regulatory environment, suited to a Product Owner who can operate effectively in ambiguity and translate regulatory, technical, and customer needs into tangible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Own and deliver customer-centric digital asset propositions
Manage and prioritise the product backlog aligned to customer experience, regulatory change, and business objectives
Translate complex regulatory and technical requirements into clear, consumable customer journeys
Work closely with design, engineering, compliance, legal, risk, and operations teams to drive delivery
Shape MVPs, proofs of concept, and iterative improvements in blockchain and crypto-related journeys
Ensure customer journeys are intuitive, transparent, and aligned to trust and risk expectations
Support discovery workshops, journey mapping, and proposition definition activities
Act as a subject-matter interface between customer strategy, digital asset technologies, and delivery teams
Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on customer propositions and journeys
Required experience & Skills
Proven experience operating as a Product Owner on a contract basis
Strong background in customer propositions and/or customer journey delivery
Solid understanding of blockchain, digital assets, and crypto fundamentals
experience delivering products within regulated environments
Ability to respond quickly to regulatory and strategic change
Strong agile delivery experience (Scrum / SAFe / Kanban)
Confident stakeholder management across both technical and non-technical teams
Able to work at pace with minimal hand-holding
Desirable experience
Financial services, fintech, or regulated digital platforms
Customer onboarding, servicing, or transaction-based journeys

As Salesforce Product Manager, youll take full ownership of a platform that directly shapes customer journeys, internal efficiency, and overall service quality. 5+ years of experience as a business analyst working on digital products
Background in delivering digital products / services with experience of working across the full product/ software lifecycle (design, implementation, testing)
Experience working in an agile environment, where agile and/or lean practices and approaches are applied as a way of working to deliver technology products
Ability to support product owner in formulation of product vision, product roadmap and management of product backlog
Ability to convert business requirements into technical business requirements and provide technical solutions

- Extensive knowledge of Media Asset Management (MAM) systems, large-scale storage, and professional studio technology/broadcast infrastructure.

The role : We are currently seeking Hourly Paid Lecturers in Construction Management to join our growing team and create a positive impact on the lives of our students by cultivating the specialist skills and knowledge that will shape their long-term success in the construction management industry.
Due to our delivery model, we require flexibility to teach during weekdays, evenings and at weekends. Please note this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
What you’ll be doing:
Craft and shape learning - Deliver teaching sessions, digital resources and tailored support to help students meet the needs of today’s construction industry, including the legal, environmental and technological context in which it operates. Guide students through the key theories, concepts and evidence-based approaches used in different areas of construction management such as measurement, building appraisal and performance, construction projects and more.
Track progress with purpose - Provide meaningful feedback on individual and class progress, considering each student’s needs, explaining where work fails to meet assessment criteria, suggesting ways to improve and facilitate students’ learning by means of engagement with online resources, research and activities.
Elevate student experience - Document and evaluate teaching and identifying areas for potential improvement to enhance the quality of teaching, learning and overall student experience.
About you:

You will bring:
- A Master’s degree in a relevant subject area (PhD desirable)
- Previous UK HE lecturing experience and in the wider subject area and extensive knowledge of the subject matter
- Demonstrable experience of supervising student work and providing support and feedback
- A successful track record of teaching adult learners from diverse backgrounds on similar HE programmes
- A high level of reporting skills and ability to maintain thorough student records
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ideally, you will also have:
- A Postgraduate Certificate of Academic Practice or equivalent teaching qualification (or commitment to enrol on a teaching programme during the probationary period and complete within three years) or Fellowship of HEA (or international equivalent)

The role

- Confidence working in agile environments, balancing speed, governance and quality
- Hands-on experience building and testing applications or prototypes
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience designing solutions that are cost-effective, scalable and user-centred
- Awareness of current and emerging technology trends, with experience across DevOps and waterfall delivery
- Desire to develop others through mentoring, coaching or line management
- Eligible for security clearance.
