The Role

This role has one clear purpose drive qualified demo bookings through Meta (Facebook/Instagram) paid social campaigns. The target is 20 qualified demo bookings per day. You will own the strategy, the testing, the optimisation and the results.

You’ll work closely with the wider marketing team, remaining close to the numbers, constantly analysing data, testing new approaches and identifying opportunities to improve performance and scale campaigns.

Key responsibilities for the Media Buyer -

  • Plan, execute and optimise paid media campaigns across key digital channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
  • Monitor and manage campaign performance, ensuring strong ROI and efficient spend.
  • Drive customer acquisition and lead generation through continuous testing and optimisation.
  • Analyse campaign data, identifying trends, insights and opportunities to scale.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to improve ad performance and conversion rates.
  • Manage budgets, reporting and performance insights, ensuring campaigns are aligned with business goals.

Media Buyer experience we’re looking for -

  • 2-4 years’ experience in media buying, paid media or performance marketing roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience managing campaigns across paid social and/or paid search.
  • Experience within FMCG, ecommerce or lead-generation businesses is highly desirable.
  • Highly analytical mindset with strong data interpretation and optimisation skills.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.
  • A proactive, hands-on marketer who enjoys testing, learning and scaling campaigns.

This is a senior leadership position, reporting directly to the CEO and sitting as part of the Leadership Team.

The role will lead and deliver an ambitious income generation and marketing strategy, with a strong focus on growing unrestricted income and diversifying revenue streams across digital, philanthropy, corporate partnerships and community fundraising.

You will oversee a broad and talented team spanning digital, supporter engagement, partnerships and campaigns, providing both strategic direction and hands-on leadership.

  • Grow and diversify income across digital, corporate, and high-value audiences
  • Drive innovation in digital fundraising and supporter engagement
  • Strengthen brand, profile and communications across all channels

You will bring:

  • Significant senior-level experience within a charity/INGO environment
  • A strong track record of growing income across multiple streams

  • Confidence working with data, digital channels and performance insights
  • The ability to build strong relationships internally and externally

A background across areas such as individual giving, major donors, corporate partnerships or digital fundraising would be highly valuable.
