Reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll own our service delivery engine, leading Service Desk, Regional Technical Teams, and Projects to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for our customers. This is more than an operational role; it’s a transformation opportunity. You’ll shape scalable processes, drive consistency across regions, and embed a culture of continuous improvement while ensuring our services meet the evolving demands of the education sector. Role: Operations Director, Director of Service Delivery, Head of Operations, Service Delivery Director, IT Operations Director, IT Service Delivery Director Location: Offices in Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire. Hybrid working available, with an expectation to attend both offices. Senior role with flexible working patterns depending on business needs.
