We have an exciting opportunity for a M&E Technician to join our Stourton dairy engineering team. This would be joining an established engineering team within a well invested fast- paced production site. This is a MondayFriday role with one in four on call including that weekend.
How would you make an impact
What will make you successful
Youll thrive in this role if you hold a Level 3 NVQ or a recognised engineering qualification mech, elec or multi skilled, supported by hands-on experience in both reactive and planned preventative maintenance within a regulated environment. Previous experience in similar site services settings will help you hit the ground running and understand the pace and demands of the role, Boas operator and legionella operator training would be advantages but is not essential as this training can be provided.
Success here also comes from your mindset a positive, resilient approach to problem-solving, a strong commitment to teamwork, and a drive for continuous improvement, self-starting and driven to excel, with best practice mindset when it comes to safety will set you up to make a real impact from day one.
