An established, employee-owned building services consultancy is looking to appoint an Electrical Design Engineer to join its Central London office.

With a strong portfolio of technically challenging projects, this practice delivers high-quality, sustainable engineering solutions across sectors including education, cultural, heritage and community buildings.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Design / electrical Engineer to further develop their technical expertise while working within a collaborative, design-led consultancy environment.

The Role

Working as part of a multidisciplinary MEP team, you will contribute to the design and delivery of electrical building services systems across all RIBA stages, from concept through to completion.

Responsibilities include:

* Electrical building services design and technical calculations

* Developing low-energy and sustainable design solutions

* Production of specifications and technical documentation

* Attending client and design team meetings

* Undertaking site inspections and technical reviews

* Coordinating with architects, mechanical engineers and other consultants

An established and fast growing fire and security specialist is looking to add a skilled Fire & Security Engineer to its expanding team across Kent and the surrounding areas.

You will be joining a professional, well organised operation with dedicated support from service coordinators and management who understand the industry. The Role

• Installation, service and maintenance of fire alarms, CCTV, intruder alarms and access control systems
• Fault finding and diagnostics across a range of leading manufacturers
• Small works and system upgrades
• Ensuring all work complies with current industry standards and regulations
• Providing a high level of customer service on site
• Completing all relevant documentation accurately and on time
