You’ll be managing of all engineering activities including engineering control, setting out and providing direction to workforce and leading Quality control systems to ensure compliance with project design and specifications. You will be responsible for developing Site and Graduate Engineers.
Ensuring the highest possible Health, Safety & Environmental standards are employed across all projects, adhering to health and safety policy/ environmental policy and actively supporting the It Starts With Me (ISWM) culture that is an integral part of the M Group Highway’s working environment.

Location: Doncaster | Salary: Up to £35,000 | Job Type: Full-Time
We are currently supporting a well-established facilities solutions company that provides heating, cooling, and pumping services across the UK. They work across a variety of commercial and industrial sites, delivering both planned maintenance and emergency call-outs.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Service Engineer to join their busy service team. This is a hands-on role involving electrical testing, fault-finding, and servicing of boilers, chillers, pumps, and other HVAC equipment. You’ll also carry out PAT testing and support installation and commissioning activities. The work is varied, dynamic, and offers the chance to develop your skills across multiple types of sites including pumping stations, sewage treatment works, and commercial properties.
