As a Data System Specialist, you will align software systems and applications with manufacturing and business processes. The aim is to provide information to the business to enable performance improvements and to improve alignment between business processes and systems. You will focus on the Operations function, and all systems must be integrated into existing business (IT & OT) applications. Group standards must be adhered to in the design and implementation of systems whilst at the same time delivering the requirements of the internal customers.

What you’ll do: -
• Work with Management to identify business and information needs. You will work together with the Business Process Owner and Application Owner, IT, leading and implementing projects (e.g Fastec, Augmentir and other UTM Target Systems) and responsible for:
?Deriving application specific requirements from process design
?Responsible for consolidating service quality and conducting cost-benefit analysis for IT investments
?Being the point of contact for all key end users regarding business topics
?Coordinating with the Application Owner IT to ensure service quality and system uptime
?Provide end-user training
?Managing the application life cycle
?Accurately capturing and clearly documenting requirements
?Delivering clarity, alignment, and consistency across projects by managing the full life cycle of requirements from discovery and analysis to validation and change control
?Be the Subject Matter Expert for Operations Systems and representing the Operations functions in business projects.
?SAP PPPI Key User training as part of the role with a deep understanding of how SAP PPPI is used in Muller.

What you’ll bring: -
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject-engineering, computer science, information systems.
• Good understanding of business processes, IT and able to prioritise business needs.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to critically examine data and processes.
• Dairy Science, milk processing, and CIP understanding.
• Project management experience.
• Excellent knowledge of MD Office in particular Excel
