The Extra care scheme is located in the Brighton  close to public transport links, shops and seafront amenities.


The Role

As a Care Assistant working in Extra Care, you will support residents living independently in their own self‑contained apartments within the building. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Providing personal care for female and male residents
  • Supporting with medication
  • Assisting with meals and hydration
  • Encouraging independence, wellbeing and dignity
  • Supporting residents with daily routines in a calm, structured environment
  • Working as part of a supportive on‑site team

These roles provide stability, consistency and the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with residents—without the rushed travel associated with domiciliary care.
