The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Commercial Manager, Business Development Manager, Account Manager, Supply Chain Manager or similar role. They will also be open to learning and willing to grow their career by taking a new step into the Renewable Energy sector.

The Role

To assist the monitoring of events and horizon scanning by maintaining trackers and logs to identify any potential impacts on customers and escalating where necessary, to ensure customers are well informed and confident using services.
To support the creation, review and coordination of customer facing information by working with communications, stations and operational teams to ensure messaging is clear, consistent, timely and aligned across channels.
To contribute to data collection and analysis by supporting the capture of customer demand, footfall, feedback and operational performance information before and after events, helping to inform customer insights, service planning and continuous improvement.

The Role
The People Systems Apprentice will contribute to the success of the organisation by gathering and analysing data, using, as well as providing technical support across our digital HR systems and platforms.

Provide first line advice and support to colleagues and staff regarding HR people System issues through management of the iTrent helpdesk inbox and escalating where required to resolve both straight forward and complex queries within the service level agreements (SLAs).
Who we’re looking for
GSCE in Mathematics and English A-C | 4-9.

The Role
The Supply Chain and Contract Management apprentice will support both the Supply Chain and Contract Management teams to drive forward their strategic projects and management activities to mitigate risk and deliver value from our supply chain relationships and contracts. This role will support the Supply Chain and Contract Management teams to comply with existing and new legislation.
Role responsibilities
Support the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team in gathering and presenting information, by meeting with internal stakeholders, using templates to capture qualitative and quantitative data, checking information for accuracy, and organising it into clear summaries, so the SCM team can publish procurement opportunities and a compliant procurement pipeline.
Support market engagement activities for upcoming procurement exercises by supporting event planning, preparing supplier briefing packs, creating feedback surveys, taking notes during sessions, and collating supplier responses, so that procurement strategies reflect market insight.
Assist with developing and digitalising the contract and supplier performance management system, by gathering user requirements, testing system features, uploading or validating performance data, and supporting the creation of dashboards or guidance materials, to help ensure the system is user‑friendly, accurate, and compliant with relevant legislation.
You’ll analyse contract and supplier performance data, by utilising digital platforms to check for trends, issues and areas of risk, in order to produce reports and visual summaries that help identify mitigation for risks.
Who we’re looking for
An interest in pursuing a career in Procurement, Supply Chain and/or Contract Management.
IT skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Comfortable communicating with a range of stakeholders, including colleagues, customers, and external partners.
Pass the testing within the initial application process. This testing is used to uncover alignment to our values, behaviour and core apprentice attributes, all of which can be found above.
You’ll need to be available to start the Apprenticeship Scheme in early September 2026.

The Role
The Train Planning apprentice will support the Train Planning team to deliver our timetable commitments, maximise the use of our fleet of trains and ensure traincrew resource is used productively
Role responsibilities
You’ll support the alteration of Transport for Wales services by preparing and sending timetable bids to Network Rail to accommodate engineering works and special events.
You’ll support the preparation, amendment and distribution of rolling stock diagrams by using our bespoke train planning software to ensure our fleet of trains are used to maximum efficiency.
You’ll support the preparation, amendment and distribution of traincrew diagrams by using our bespoke train planning software to ensure all timetabled services are covered efficiently and in compliance with industry and union regulations.
You’ll support the updating and distribution of timetable overview documents by keeping up to date on any previous amendments made to the timetable due to engineering works or special events, to ensure that all changes to the timetable are communicated to our internal colleagues and customers.
