Harvey Nash’s Public Sector Client have a requirement for an experienced Technical Lead to support the development and evolution of a large-scale Azure-hosted platform built with .NET and React.
The system is a business-critical application with a legacy MVC foundation, alongside modern cloud components including Azure Functions, APIs, and modern React frontends. This role requires someone comfortable operating in a brownfield environment, balancing feature delivery with gradual architectural improvement and reduction of technical debt.
You will provide technical leadership to a team of 7 developers, while remaining hands-on with development (roughly 60/40 technical leadership vs coding).
