About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a backend lean to help us design, build and scale our platform across the private markets ecosystem.

This is a hands-on role, and a genuinely product-close one. You’ll be sitting alongside product and design, shaping what gets built and why - not just receiving a spec and executing against it. We want someone who has opinions about the product, asks the hard questions early, and helps the team build the right things well.

On the engineering side, we’re looking for someone who leads from the front. That means setting a high bar for code quality, robustness and testing, and helping the team meet it - through code reviews, architectural decisions and the standards you model day to day.

AI is central to how this team works, and we want a Senior Engineer who helps lead that, not just participate in it. We’re talking about building AI-assisted workflows, identifying where AI can meaningfully improve how we design, build and ship, and helping the wider team develop in that direction. What we’re looking for

• Senior-level backend engineering experience - we’re a TypeScript shop today, but open to engineers from other strongly-typed or systems language backgrounds
• Comfort working across the stack, with a natural lean towards backend
• Solid experience designing systems and APIs at scale, with a strong emphasis on robustness and testing
• Genuinely product-close - you care about the problem as much as the implementation, and you’re comfortable shaping scope alongside product and design
• Someone who raises the bar around them: through the quality of their own work, their code reviews, and the culture they help build
• Already working in an AI-native way, or actively building towards it - and keen to help lead adoption across the team
• Clear, direct communicator who can hold their own in architectural and product discussions
