Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the effective delivery of planned maintenance, repairs and breakdown response across your designated route.

You will carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to ensure all equipment remains safe, compliant and fully operational, while responding to breakdowns with a strong focus on fault diagnosis and first-time fix.

Day-to-day, you’ll manage your own workload using digital field tools, ensuring accurate reporting and timely job completion. You’ll also identify additional repair or modernisation opportunities, supporting both customer outcomes and business growth.

Working independently but as part of a wider team, you will maintain high standards of safety, quality and customer service at all times, while supporting neighbouring routes when required.

Participation in an on-call rota will be required to provide emergency support outside normal working hours.

About You:

• An experienced Lift Service or Call-Out Engineer with a strong background in maintenance, fault-finding and repairs across a variety of lift equipment
• NVQ Level 3 in Lift Service, Maintenance or Repair (essential)
• Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently
• A solid understanding of health, safety and compliance requirements within lift engineering
• Customer-focused, with clear and professional communication skills
• Self-motivated and organised, comfortable managing your own route and workload

The role and what youll be getting up to on a day to day basis:

Littlefish are looking for an experienced CSOC Manager to lead and evolve our Cyber Security Operations Centre, supporting a growing mid-market and enterprise client base.

This role sits at the intersection of security operations leadership, service delivery, and technical credibility. Youll be responsible for the day-to-day effectiveness of the CSOC, the development of a 24/7 analyst function, and the continuous improvement of our detection and response services.

Youll mentor and lead a team of SOC analysts, strengthen operational processes, and ensure our services consistently meet and where possible exceed contractual and client expectations. Youll also act as a senior escalation point, providing calm, informed leadership during incidents and out-of-hours situations.

What you will be doing:

  • Owning CSOC service performance, ensuring KPIs, SLAs and security standards are consistently met.
  • Leading, developing and mentoring a client specific SOC team, including oversight of shift leaders and analyst capability.
  • Reviewing and improving SOC processes, procedures and operational frameworks.
  • Managing analyst resourcing across BAU, escalations, and project work.
  • Providing senior cyber security guidance to internal stakeholders and to current and prospective clients.
  • Acting as the final escalation point for on-call incidents (rota-based, paid on-call).
  • Supporting service improvement initiatives across SIEM, EDR, email security and associated detection and response tooling.
  • Developing and maintaining customer relationships to promote a partnership between Littlefish and the end client.

What you bring:

  • Solid previous experience in Security Operations.
